1 Introduction & Agreement
Welcome to Travel Bari Travel Agency ("Travel Bari", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website (travelbari.com), mobile platforms, and all travel arrangements, package bookings, flight reservations, and customized itinerary services provided by us.
By browsing, booking, or depositing funds for any travel package, flight, hotel accommodation, or excursion with Travel Bari, you explicitly agree to be bound by these terms. - A mandatory deposit (minimum 30% to 50% of the total package value) is received and cleared in our system.
- You receive an official booking confirmation voucher and invoice containing your unique booking reference ID.
All bookings are subject to availability of flights, hotel rooms, and local tour operator allotments at the time of deposit payment.
